I agree. That is what Greenspan is busy doing now. Flood the streets with money and more money! That is why I feel when the economy recovers, the Fed will let inflation have a free ride, because that is what the Fed is praying for.

In such a scenario, I think that the only kind of equities to invest in would be small-cap stocks at reasonable valuations. The large-cap growth stocks that ruled the land in the '90s will at best go nowhere.
