Yes, that's what I'm wondering. Phrased another way, what is the next killer app?

"All" MSFT did was repackage basic applications of chips. Operating systems, word processors, spreadsheets, and databases all existed before. So I wanted to leave the question pretty open. Presumably if the end user sees enough benefit, he will shower dollars on the head of the person providing that benefit.
