Joint and several liability, quotes from every substantive PR by Avro, Tate, etc... since January 2000. They are even using allegations from the Hitachi and other complaints to support the fraud charged. Even if RMBS <thanks> gets a reversal of the Virginia judgment, if its on some technicality, any class action based on such a complaint would still be subject to prosecution. I can see playing the bus for trading ranges, but we need a new category for anyone holding this stock in the hope of recovering on share values pre-March 15th. Mom & Pop does not do it justice. I'd disown Mom, Pop and the rest of the family, if they engaged in conduct like this Bus company. No, these longs have much more loyalty than a mere Mom & Pop. This is more like a Captain waving off rescue and going down with the ship; or the monkey that grabs the fruit in a thin necked jar and can't get its hand out because it just can't let go. This must be some kind of instinctive thing. Its got to be something far beyond the capability of us mortal Mom & Pops. I've seen posts pledging shares to support efforts to rest control of these class actions from the named plaintiffs. ...Not that would ever find a vehicle for doing so. Others are sending e-mails to the class action firms denying the fraud and rejecting class membership before the class notice has even been drafted let alone sent. It appears likely that if no one is able to talk some sense into them, thanks to the likes of PTNewell, the damages recovered will be spread among a lot fewer class members. Have you seen any reaction from Hager or his quasi consultant tinkershaw? I can't believe they will continue pumping this stock. 0|0
