Thats the question that they have asked since1930. .. If the consumer is key,and the consumer is up to his neck in debt and maybe he looses his jobwhat does he do. Low interest rates wont make him more credit worthy. I think things are going to get ugly. I think generous bankrupsy laws are key to a quick recovery.
