LOL!!

I'm glad I don't like softboiled eggs. (I prefer mine either scrambled or in omlettes). If I had liked softboiled eggs, I wouldn't now.

Hah! Eastern Lady of Culture and Proper Upbringing...I hale from the birthplace of Hippiedom the South Bay where true Enlightenment was first achieved. We were blessed with the best of the Beat and took from it and some good drugs to create this new society. And to what do we owe this cultural transformation? You guessed it, Grapenuts!

Grapenuts galvanized my personal rejection of the adult present and past, leading to the embracing of all the potential that lay in the future. My father was a Kellogg's Shredded Wheat fan, for reasons obscure to this day, something to do with the Depression no doubt. Grapenuts liberated me, set me apart from the chains and constraints of the past. Grapenuts gave me vision to see, to dream, to aspire, to smoke cigs with Bob Weir during mid-morning break at MA. Grapenuts made me hip. I owe a lot to those early years' Grapenuts, though I haven't had any in the past 25 years since I gave up drinking milk, lactose intolerant, you know.

My mother had nothing to do with any of this, she was generally asleep when I arose. I think she bought the stuff. Isn't that what mother's do? Shop, I mean.
