Keep tight stops on BKX to minimize losses. The fact that BKX can't break 900 in a weak market speaks louder than my words. This market is ready to explode higher IF we can stay weak today. Dell is holding firm and quiet accumulation is going on beneath the surface but the smart money before earnings announcement tomorrow after the bell, imo. NDX, COMP, SOX, IIX et al are going to explode into september. Same goes for DOW, SPX and BKX but to a lesser percentage extent. Best Regards, J.T.
