Key number on the QQQ today is 39.23
(1)A trade below 39.23 re establishes QQQ down channel.
(2)Also, at the close, even if low is not below 39.23, the down channel may be re established.

I have a similar figure in mind to your 39.23 for a breakdown on the QQQ. However, my order is in to cover at 39.5 - then see what happens.
