George I too am anticipating a buying opportunity - not just oil, across the board - so we have the highest cash levels (at our shop) I have seen. I have a few problems with that - 1. Many of my colleagues are betting the same way. We all could get squeezed, because - 2. Clients get impatient paying a fee for holding cash - whether it is brilliant or stupid, so - 3. After Labor Day, when the street is going to crank up the machinery (or attempt to) to try and save the year in Q4 - performance issues could have us chasing stocks like dogs in heat.
