You have posted nothing that says it is not accurate. Only political spin. You should learn to tell the difference. The CATO Report is corroborated, at least twice. You are not. You are and admitted fanatic. I have done my homework. I have posted links to the California Utility commission proceedings. LA Times articles. AP articles. I have read others links as well. Still waiting for yours. Oh yes I have done my homework. Gray Davis hired political hacks to help with an engery problem. Why ? Gray Davis Lied about who was gouging. Why ? Gray Davis was told that they needed more production capacity and that environmentalism was hurting the state. He was told that the state needed to enter into long term contracts. He responded by railing against the TX power companies. He responded by hiring political hacks Fabiani and LEhane. He would not wave environmental regulations for plants to produce needed electricty in his state. Yet he complained when Out of state producers would not provide electricty, when such production would violate EPA regs. Then he railed against the price, when they did produce, 80% of the price was EPA Fines. Then he came out and said, we need more power plants, we have to speed up the process. We need long term contracts. Oh yes I have done my homework. Gray Davis Lied.
