<I'm really puzzled for the short term> Why? During the summer of 99, the POG and the Gold Stocks were declining right along with the USD for a good 6 weeks before the Sept/October rally. Where is it written, except in our Mcdonalds fast food age, that the POG and the Gold stocks have to immediately respond to every positive fundamental development? Patience is a virtue when you are long and the fundamentals are improving on a daily basis. The POG here is like a rocket that is building a tremendous fire under itself, ready for blast off at any moment's notice. I'm on Board, ready for take off. You can only derail a Rocket for so long before it explodes upwards and onwards. Got Gold? Got Gold Stocks?
