BPA charged these same high prices.....but at least here the money went to a worthy cause....us! LOL

What will you say if they were all "gouging" (remember the bid system is suspect), the private and the public? I think a revolution would be in order, don't you?

The Bonneville Power Administration is an agency of the U.S. Department of Energy. It wholesales electric power produced at 29 federal dams located in the
Columbia-Snake River Basin in the northwestern U.S., as well as the power from one non-federal nuclear plant. BPA is a federal utility, specifically one of
five power marketing agencies (PMAs). The others are the Southeast, Southwest, Western Area and Alaska power administrations.
