That's why my broker said to theirs. She said she'll give it to them if I accompany her with the bid. I'm sending another bid for $279 at the end of the month. I'll keep doing that until he finally sells the house to someone else.

not if the seller instructs his agent in writing not to present him/her with offers below a certain $ amount. Otherwise, as a fiduciary the agent is obligated to transmit all offers.
