My idea on CLH is to watch it like a hawk and see if they produce some excellent drill results in a vacuum (like MR and YMC did), giving a brief entry point. I've just gone ahead a posted this idea as it is obvious nobody is paying attention (competition). But, maybe a handful of our clan on SI might be able to alertly avail the situation.

NGT is putting the pieces together. The AAS merger is a favorable deal since NGT gets a little cash, another secondary prospect, a drilling fleet (valued at 465K on the books) and Chester Millar. There's time on the PDG deal, but with this property and personnel, raising the money seems like likely when and if the market turns. This is a ground floor play put together by some smart, visionary people. One of those situations where one can lose money and still feel good about it, if it didn't work out <g>.

Cycore Brings Cult3D Out Into Thin Air with Provision Interactive Technologies' Holovision Aerial Image Display System
The Cycore and Provision collaboration brings photo-realistic interactive 3D content to retail applications on a global scale
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 15, 2001--Booth No. 2000-- Cycore, the market leader in interactive 3D for e-business and Provision, a worldwide provider of interactive communications and entertainment solutions, have joined forces to bring 3D product replicas within virtual reach of consumers. The two companies have agreed to co-develop, market and sell interactive 3D solutions incorporating Cycore's market-leading Cult3D® software and Provision's Holovision(TM) aerial-image display technology on a global scale.

``Our joining forces with Cycore will bring a new dimension to interactive 3D,'' said Curt Thornton, CEO, Provision Interactive Technologies. ``Cycore's premier Cult3D models can now be moved beyond the Web and directly in front of consumers using the Holovision hardware solution. This partnership will bring a powerful new display medium into the hands of Cycore's significant list of manufacturing and retail clients world-wide.''

Holovision is a revolutionary new interactive display system that enables you to see 3D images floating in space. Images hover dramatically in mid air, displaying art objects in museums, or drawing attention to manufacturers' products at trade shows and point-of- purchase locations. Cycore develops and markets graphics software that enables the creation and viewing of fully interactive, high-quality 3D objects and animations primarily for use on the Web, in Microsoft Office® programs such as PowerPoint®, and in Adobe Acrobat® documents. Cycore's leadership in 3D software solutions for e-business and Provision's expertise in delivering interactive consumer and commercial hardware products will be combined to further strengthen their positions in their respective markets.

``Holovision brings another powerful medium by which to display Cult3D content,'' said Bengt Starke, CEO, Cycore AB. ``Provision's impressive ability to reproduce and project every microscopic detail of a Cult3D object in thin-air will provide the kind of innovative, high-quality solution our customers have come to expect from Cycore. Cult3D models, originally created for applications such as the Web, can now be re- purposed for in-store kiosks, merchandising, and advertising systems using Holovision-greatly improving the return-on-investment for our clientele.''

Cycore and Provision will also begin to jointly develop a Holovision content development module directly within the Cult3D Designer software toolset-further speeding up the Cult3D content creation for Holovision process for 3D animators and content creators.

Hi, just a quick question:
Anyone here familiar with V.DST, old Donner spin-off?
Been watching this one with a quarter eye for a long time (yes, I'm stuck with a few shares) and it looks to me like it might just come out of its comatose stage.
Trades only by appointment but in the right direction and the MD is starting to look interesting.
Any comments would be appreciated.
TIA

Denstone to acquire working interest in coal mine
Denstone Ventures Ltd DST
Shares issued 1,072,000 2001-08-08 close $0.25
Thursday Aug 9 2001 News Release

Mr. Robert McIntosh reports
Denstone Ventures and Red Butte Financial Inc., a private U.S. company, are currently in final negotiations to each acquire a percentage working interest in a large-tonnage, thermal coal mine located in the Utah. Details on the scope of the coal project and a mine financing for the two companies will be released in the near future, following a full technical review of two existing feasibility and engineering studies which were conducted in 1992 and 1997.
Noting that high British thermal unit, low sulphur thermal coal is a valued commodity in the United States used primarily in the Western states in coal-fired hydroelectric generation, Denstone regards this resource acquisition as an exceptional opportunity for the company to diversify from pure mineral exploration to potential cash flow-based coal production. The company's primary focus remains unchanged and it continues to aggressively explore for platinum group metals in Canada.
