Trading ranges are built this way and in the longer term strengthen stocks. One day, it will break to the upside or downside, but in the meantime, traders are making a killing on these stocks in trading ranges.

Meanwhile, the brokerages are attempting to save themselves. How else are they going to get trading commissions?
