Don't trust mutual funds. In the next huge leg down with DOW, the defensive value stocks will play to leadership role.

FYO, of the 239 stocks I track according to the economic model consisting of four phases (phase I, cyclical/energy), phase II (basic materials/technology), Phase III (financial/industrial) and Phase IV (non-cyclical/utilities). The economic model appears to show that the movement is into Phase I and begainning movement into Phase II and away from the defensive stock. Banks, savings and loan stocks in Phas III are grossly over priced, IMO.

Just my opinions.
