Yes Zeev...MAXF is in financial services and has had record earnings the last 2 quarters (.30 and .35 most recent Q) and I believe they have over $4 in cash. The stock has tremendous upside from this level with rising earnings in part due to a lack of any following and institutional ownership due to being under $4, but that should change with a few consecutive closing days over $4 I believe. Suggest looking at the last earnings statement.
