Thanks Clappy. You are a true wordsmith. It was just the perfect size boat for the two of us to snuggle together as we watched the seal pup.... The feeling part is very important - all the senses are. And, yes. Mt. Baker is snow covered and does touch heaven. I just take those things for granted. My daughter just suggested I take a course in creative writing. I said, naw, you have to have a talent, to which she replied, if that were the case, no one would take the course. So, here I am close to the end of my fifth decade making or considering major departures in the way I live my life. And I think a large part of it is due discovering Voltaire's Porch a half ago and going to Atlanta last summer and getting to know people like you. Wow. rose :)
