Or maybe they dont care about their chipset business, apart from as a way to promote their processors. Maybe they like the fact that there is more choice in DRAM for P4 customers. Maybe they are obliged by Rambus contracts to not grant licences but have no obligation to sue if someone produces without licence. Maybe they are obliged to take action and will do something weak knowing that Rambus lawyers are too busy to care about this small matter <g>
