Thanks Steve, there could have been a data error. Now it seems more "correct" with a negative tic and a higher trin.

I would not doubt that the powers that be would limit info or market data flow to exit positions at more favorable prices, they "control" the game, not us. Hence the reason to take profits when offered and often. <g>
