I still say either we are at THE peak in the housing market or we are already past it and the data just hasnt caught up yet. Time will tell, but so far I dont believe any of these special interest group reports and especially government reports on economic data. The government tells you what they want you to here, not the facts. Unemployment is not flat (over last 4 weeks) for example, despite what the government reports are showing. They have the ability to smooth out the data whenever it is convienient. good luck M.
