You speak with ignorance of the supremacy of international law over the laws of the US and specifically the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLES IN ADDITION TO, AND AMENDMENT OF, THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PROPOSED BY CONGRESS, AND RATIFIED BY THE LEGISLATURES OF THE SEVERAL STATES, PURSUANT TO THE FIFTH ARTICLE OF THE ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION You see we are speaking of Articles of Amendment to the Constitution. Article X and XI both show the ignorance of your first proffer and your response just shows your ignorance.
