Both AMD and INTC were at $30 not very long ago...I just don't believe that INTC's relative position has improved to the degree that the $15 differential implies...In fact, both are reeling from a financial perspective at the moment and INTC's pain may even be greater than AMD's yet INTC remains pegged to $30 while AMD has slid to $15...I just don't think thier respective prices are stable at a $15 differential and given the overall negative environment, it would seem an INTC price correction may be imminent as well...
