If you're going to keep sudden death, it would be intersting to say that the winner of the coin toss at the start of the game could reserve their win in the event of sudden death and let the other team choose as though they had won the toss. That would add an element of challenge to the coin toss decision!

Or say that the team that won the toss at the start of the game would be assumed to have lost it in sudden death.
