Who cares about trial lawyers? You know what that spin really is? Defending big corporations who sometimes ruin peoples lives and don't want to pay for it.

Have you ever had to due a big corporation after being damaged? Well I have, and though it was David vs. Goliath I was sure glad I had the right to sue and a trial lawyer. They settled for 20%. I was still ripped off because I wasn't rich enough to take them to court (2 years legal bills) but without my trial lawyer I'd have gotten zero. I hope you get damaged by a major corporation and have to go through what I did. Then you'll stop attacking trial lawyers. Republicans use them just as much as Democrats. Freedom to pursue justice is and should be non-partisan. It's a fundamental American right some countries don't allow. You know what the real problem with the justice system is? Only the rich can afford to sue. And they get a tax write-off on their legal bills too, of course. You try suing a major corporation someday and see how easy it is. It's not. They intimidate you, bully you and couldn't care less if they ripped you off. So cut the phjony hypocritical dishonest GOP spin parroting, support the right to sue and get real. Or suggest some other justice system that works better. Look around the world. There isn't one. Ours isn't perfect but at least it's there, thank God. You act as if every case is frivolous. Believe me, they're not. I had 10 years work stolen from me. And I hope I never have to hire another lawyer because of the cost but those rights I would fight to preserve, and so should you.
