Current 20 day average is $14.37 and dropping quickly. My guess remains between $1.00 and 1.40 per share. If you go back to the August 22, 2000 report they noted 113.5 mil would be available for distribution to shareholders. Subtract 30 mil (from the 3rd amendment) and you have 83.5. As we know, shares could be any where from 56 low to 80 mil max. (NXTP) filed to offer up to $230 million of Class A common stock. According to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday, net proceeds will be used for expanding the company's coverage capabilities, future acquisitions, the introduction of services and sales and marketing expenses.
