Hi Max,
Welcome to the new hideaway! Actually, I have had a similar impression of E-Wave. Some time back, I saw several excerpts posted of Hahn's work and was impressed by a string of amazingly accurate calls. I subscribed to the service long enough to find that eventually, the calls were not so hot and there went my illusion of that holy grail....gggg
Still, my own work recognizes "waves" of price on charts and tuning into the lunar cycles, I am interested by the cyclical tendencies of price waves.
I had seen GEM's work posted and was interested in his conception of them and admire his great enthusiasm for E-Wave. Many of his posts on Dr. Bob were quite accurate too.
Well, except the Wave 3 thing (so far) but I am not perfect either and no one I have come across yet is perfect...so I don't give him a hard time about it. Right now, he has found that we are in an "expanded flat", apparently a very complicated pattern. BTW, gem is very intelligent though perhaps he might be a bit hampered by his youthful ebullience (they've got him locked up in S.I. Jail right now). So what?
I have great respect for the fact that he has exhibited tolerance for non-E-Wavers too and he doesn't seem to mind the variety of trading techniques or ideas which have been
put forth.
I am feeling that E-Wave has something to it, and I am quite interested in probing it's strengths and limitations and see if there isn't some way to integrate those ideas into my trading bag of tricks. I certainly don't see any harm in exploring this "science".
Never tried LSD, but I have a good idea what you mean, very funny description!
Humor always appreciated!
Best to you,
Eichler

Which E-wavers? Are you assuming all E-wavers are the same??
Where E-wavers the only group of people who were wrong at the top??

If I have learned anything about E-wave, and maybe I have not, E-wave does not predict, nor pretend to predict the future. Like other forms of TA it deals in likely probablilities.

One thing I have figured out is this. Most people who talk about E-wave have not even learned the theory right. Then some people hear these people talking and refer to
E-wavers as if they were somehow equivalent.

Another thing I have learned is that a little bit of E-wave knowledge is a confusing and or dangerous thing. At least for me <GG> I still have my head in a book.
