Hi Win Smith; Those figures are consistent with Intel replacing RDRAM with DDR at about the first of the year. There's a lead time to the numbers. It takes months to get a chip from start to finish, and I believe those are wafer start numbers.

If Intel is really going to push DDR on January 1st, which I believe is the case, the memory makers will have to pump up the DDR production volume starting about now.
