Tualatin also has double the L2 cache, which probably consists of 3-6W. If Thoroughbred keeps their cache size at 256KB, it might get close to Tualatin. Realize that they need an extra 18% reduction in power for the .13u process to reach power parity, and they may not have that capability with bulk silicon. It might have to wait for SOI.
