Hi Joe,

I thought and thought about how I would answer your message regarding the Zucchini Spread/Dip... and then I forgot
to answer... duh, I finally remembered.

You see, my problem is that I don't like zucchini... it is the only squash I don't like. HOWEVER, I think I would like this
recipe... I like everything you added to it and the fact that you pureed it to make a spread sounds delicious. It sounds like sort of a Mediterranean dish with the addition of rice vinegar and soy sauce (both of which I love). And yes, it
would be great in the romaine wraps too.

The only name that hit my feeble mind is "Squashquat." Don't ask me why or what it means... just a random thought.
