Cheeshead the news is enigmatic in one respect on AVSG which I of course hold but I ask you did you read the SEC filing wher the made 1.5MM in profit in q2 before taking a writedown of goodwill of 1.9MM to make it a net loss of 400k.

The market will take it down in the morning but AVSG may close up on the day
