Elmat, How come this 4-G Group is stuck in the 2.5G-3.x G rut??

Why not concentrate on ....
(1)Where the Action will be ...

9/13/2001 - 9/14/2001 The Path to 4G Mobile - Technical Symposium - Helsinki, Finland

iir-conferences.com

(2)Then , in order to get up to speed on true 4G developments ... review the introduction on page 11
of this document.
ofdm-forum.com

4G Technology developments appear to be centering around
a PHY layer of..

(a) OFDM modulation
1. TDMA , using Subcarriers - centered around One Carrier.

2. OFDMA , using Subcarriers - centered around more than
one Carrier.

Time for you to get the group up to speed & show em where
the action is gonna be.

And nobody should try to "pull the sheep's wool over
nobody's eyes " :-)

It'll be OK to walk around with your GPRS always on, with
BlueTooth capabilities, to pick up some short messaages
to view on your PDA (via BlueTooth) ...
and to occasionally ignore the security problems
related to 802.11b systems at your local Starbucks
coffee shop.

But sooner or later you'll want to be where it's
at with a 4G system.

Best Regards, & DSL is Dead.

Mardy.
