The laws against it were instituted years ago but it's against the nature of government (and it's blood-sucking bureaucracy) to divest itself of laws or power. Hell it took a whole century to get rid of a telephone tax that had something to do with the Spanish American War. OPENINGS TO ALTERNATE: · In too many families, one parent works to put food on the table, while the other works all day to serve the Washington bureaucracy. We must turn those tables by repealing the outdated Spanish-American War Telephone Tax. · Most people spend more money on taxes than they spend on food, clothing, shelter and transportation combined. This has to stop, and it will begin to when we eliminate the outdated Spanish-American War Telephone Tax. Everyone who makes a call pays this outdated Spanish-American War Phone Tax. However, as if this makes any sense, we’ve been funding the conflict off and on for the last 102 YEARS. I thought of you when I read this (the passionate part) but then quickly realized it had facts, hey nobody's perfect.
