Thanks, Richard. I, too, am beginning to think that REITs are getting too expensive. I bought DRE (Duke) recently and think that's all I may do for awhile. I am also looking at preferred stock, including preferreds backed by bonds (Corts, Quips, and Cabcos). Anyone know where one could learn about the ins and outs of these?
