CIEN guidance:

4Q2001: revenue down 12-20 percent from 3Q ($366-$403 million vs. consensus $503 million); gross margins down 300-400 basis points from 3Q; EPS 0.02-0.07 (vs. consensus 0.18).

FY2002: revenue growth in low teens (vs. consensus 53 percent); EPS flat with FY2001 (0.59-0.64 vs. consensus 0.99).
