Might even make this worth considering for digital audio applications in which better floating point capability is needed. The athlon performs better than Intel in this application. Sigh....Only when running old code. On new code the Athlon is left in the dust. Why is this so hard to comprehend? If you want to buy a new computer to run old code then be my guest. EP
