HJ, there's a glut of unlit fiber, not bandwidth on lit fiber, and AVCI does not own or sell fiber. Oh, and the lesson of tulip bulbs is don't buy them when they are expensive, buy them when they are cheap. Just because something was once valued at 100, that doesn't mean it isn't (or is) a good buy at 1. The current price of 1 should be evaluated as fair or not based on current fundamentals and future prospects, not on where it came down from.
