I'm watching C (which I'm long) very closely. $46 would be very bearish. Lots of horizontal support between $45-48, however $46 would take out the BLSL and chance for bear trap.

C hasn't been in a column of O's on it's RS chart vs the Dow since '99. Citi one of the best run financials out there. A further breakdown in this stock has worrisome implications.

Commentary from Tero Kuittinen from realmoney.com.....

"After Nortel, Ciena and Dell, there’s a creeping sense that the latest corporate fad is implying that the next winter is a wash-out. Giving up hope on 3Q 2001 is one thing and that process was probably close to running its course by now. Dissing 1H 2002 is another kettle of fish."

See Ford today? Scientific Atlanta doesn't just lower future guidance it "withdraws guidance".

Business is lousy in so many industries.
