SS, check out this customer win by Aspect and read it carefully. They have some overlap with ORCL and SEBL, but their product is a 'Contact Server'. biz.yahoo.com They grew out of the ACD marketplace and built their customer base while competing against Nortel and Lucent's call center products. Yes, a rock road the last few years.. They actually made a PBX/ACD switch, and still do, but they transformed their core software to a server platform and are trying to sell it into their base along with going into Nortel and Lucent's PBX/ACD base.
