I thought the same thing....it was too early for AD to cover his LCRX short. I was surprised as well.

Mike, I covered primarily for two reasons: 1) I was within my short-term goal range of +5% to +10%, and 2) I don't want to risk booking a win with Dell earnings coming out tonight.

Dell could easily go either way IMO (regardless of what the rest of the sector is indicating) and as a result could move the market. If they bring positive news and the market moves up tomorrow, it may set up another short play opportunity, so I booked the win and live to play again.

I continue to believe the SCE sector will move lower over the near term.

Dell trading .09 over it's 200 day moving average @24.79 - small blocks so far(very recent snap shot of just a few trades)

Any body have any options idea on crap shooting the earnings i.e. sept 27.50's - might be in the money tomorrow by more than .29 ?????
