Well, we should be preparing for an impulse (wave C) into the gap now. However, everything (up) looks pretty corrective so far, so while the gap may get closed, I'm thinking the failure of the low is going to stick. My tendency here is to fade any attempt on the gap, a 1/3 on the first crack, a 1/3 if it gets to the top of the gap, and a 1/3 to pile on if (when) it reverses off the top of the gap. SOX has entered the gap now, expect NDX to tag along shortly. What say you? Do you think the low failure sticks here? BC
