MU breached $36, I am not sure about a white candle there, but we may yet get a white candle today, so MU cold as well. I still have MU at $19 as ultimate bottom in this cycle. In the meanwhile, are you goin to play TARO again? I just got in at $35.50 a little earlier, I think that the recent lows at just around these prices should hold. Also got back into IDPH at $49.50, a very nice "discount" to yesterday's sale. I did take a little more than a buck of MERQ here at $32.12

In edit, also took the rest of the quintet off the table for now, JNPR at $20.16, for only $.66 and EMLX for $20.20 for a similar gain and QLGC for $34.86, just $.46 on that one. Will try better positions later. Also took off some nice money from ZRAN out here a juast under $35 for better than $1.5 profit. Not a bad day so far, except the "Red" Bu$$ (g). Also took off the extra EXDS, the one from ysterday just above $1.41 and this morning $1.27, both at $1.35, jut reducing my cost on the existing position to under $1.77, not great luck with that one (g).

In reedit, further increasing cash by seling BEAS at 17.33 for a "respectable" $.65 profit.

Some one once told me that MU knows what the general market is going to do a day in advance.

Interesting observation. MU is unbelievably overvalued, but it's where all the speculative big money goes to play -- and so it probably does in fact know where the market is going a day in advance. I've been watching it today, also, wondering if it's giving off a buy signal for the general market. I don't trust the signal yet and am currently flat, but strength in MU always makes me wonder, especially when it shows green in the face of a downward revision of numbers (Pru cutting FY2002 EPS from 0.65 to 0.15).

"What do you think about white candle on MU ?"

I think it is bumping its head on the upper boundary of the downchannel that started on 2 Aug. Maybe it will go thru that boundary but by definition long term channels tend to last longer than short term channels.
