AGA 3 Hard to Believe? Lets say there is about 50 bcf less than expected. That equates to ~5,000 million KWHR increase in gas consumption for the week. Last years August weekly load was about 75,000 million mwhr.

Consider a higher overall electric demand for the week since last week's temperature was pretty extreme and overall electric demand has been higher;

Consider that a large part of the 50 bcf was NG returning from #6 oil burning;

Consider less nuke power and/or coal power.

I dont consider the number to be unrealistic at all. The South is one of the major consuming areas for #6 oil and it is also an area where many of the new plants are coming online first.

Remember last weel utilities in the North East, Midwest and Atlantic seaboard broke many power sales records for several days in a row.

Well I went out for 2 hours to donate blood - I come back to work and it turns out that I gave at the office. Well f#@k! Since my head is spinning - I will ramble - please ignore -

If you ever watched the old M*A*S*H with Frank Burns - that is how I see Iso - he does not realize why he is wrong, or how he coulld be seen as such a no class braggart - and he ain't gonna stop talking long enough to find out.

PS - apparently he was a retail stock broker in Ohio. So obviously he knows the facts. He doesn't even realize that brokers are the bottom rung - how anyone could miss that is beyond me.
