Cool, can I sue myself cos I had winning and losing trades and I have bought and sold stock and recommended RMBS as a buy at various times - sometimes right and sometimes wrong? Although I will win damages from myself and thus have no net gain, can I be my own legal counsel and get $100k. Hey, I could patent this idea and then everyone could do it, make $100k and give me $10k. Or does my sharing the idea on this SI board, being a member of SI, mean that I would be committing fraud to later try to collect royalties from the idea?
