How difficult is it for you to understand that I have already paid the taxes in question.

I am getting a refund. I have already paid the 10% bracket taxes at the 15% rate.

Is that true or false ?

What do you call it when you get money back that you have already paid ?

Still avoiding the issue I see.

Should someone who paid no taxes get money back ?

Are you one that believes that those that paid no taxes in 2000 should be receiving a $300 or $600 from the IRS as part of the Tax Cut Bill?
