No idea. No one knows. In all probability prices of tech stocks will be significantly higher in the future. But when and where is the bottom? Today? Tomorrow? We don't know. Irrational selling can continue unabated for minutes, hours, days, weeks. One thing though, we are nearing the time when a Fed cut is a greater probability. When is the next one scheduled? Could we get another interim cut?

Looks like this morning may have been a bottom. EMC from 15.5 to 16.5 in a hurry. Support from bargain hunters, and EMC IS a bargain at these prices. Once things recover a bit they'll have a huge backlog of business from all those companies who have put off storage concerns for too long. All that intel has to go somewhere.
