Quit stalling and answer these questions:

Are you one that believes that those that paid no taxes in 2000 should be receiving $300 or $600 from the IRS as part of the Tax Cut Bill of 2001?

And the follow-up:

Did you pay any taxes for year 2000?

Why must you waste all this bandwidth doing the "slither"?
