It's free, but you can see similar photos at washingtonpost.com and washingtonpost.com . The Post is sticking a little closer to straight irony.

After reading a book to second-graders and holding a question-and-answer session with students and parents on the first day of classes in Albuquerque schools, Bush raised $450,000 for Sen. Pete Domenici (R-N.M.). The fundraiser, following an event last night in Denver that raised $1.4 million for Sen. Wayne Allard (R-Colo.) and Colorado Gov. Bill Owens (R), marks an increase in money-raising for the president as the 2002 election approaches.

So, did you actually catch any substance in W's wildfire thing? They might be able to clear enough underbrush to make a difference if they put all the war on drugs prisoners to work. Short of that, it seems pretty impractical. I would guess, given the interior secretary's heritage, there'll eventually be some big logging proposals tied to it somehow.
