Not kidding at all.

I think that it's something that should be considered.

Solar collectors are one item (of many) that are brought up whenever global warming is being discussed. But no one mentions these already existing collectors that are adding to the problem.

Currently they gather up huge amounts of light energy and convert it to heat that is wasted into the environment.

How?? concrete is a change in color and would help .. then again, a coating of reflective micro beads would do much better.

cost/benifit ratio? no idea at all.

Now then .. all of this assumes that global warming is real.
