I'll take your word for it since my canon has a similar disposition. One difference I see in your account of the CH vs X thing is that they have been mutually and increasingly hostile to one another for some time. So, there is plenty of history to make it unclear whether either of them had more or less provocation in recent times for their attitudes. Your expose' of Chris, however, did seem to be quite hostile and to be unprovoked (at least on a personal level). Is there a history between you two?
