Robert, the problem is that should the recession be prolonged, and last into next year, GX will certainly have trouble servicing its debt. If the economy turns up in the 4th quarter, great! A lot of companies will be happy, and there's a better chance for GX's survival. But if this thing drags on and GX fails to be able to grow, come the end of next year, they're going to be facing serious liquidity problems. I'm pretty sure that this is what John was trying to point out. And as far as asking him his age... well, I'd hate to see you get into a pissing contest with him because it is certainly one that you cannot win given your postings on this board. Regards, Jason
